NCAA Football Week 11 Odds And Lines Comparisons At US Sportsbooks

Week 11 of the 2020 NCAA football season is here, and all of the Power 5 Conferences are now in action. The Pac-12 Conference was the latest to kick things off, having done so this past weekend.

There is a full slate of games on tap this weekend, and several Top 25 teams face some difficult road matchups. The race to the College Football Playoff is starting to heat up, as are conference title races in a handful of leagues.

Here are 12 of the top Week 11 college football games on the schedule, with a quick betting overview of each game.

Miami Hurricanes at Virginia Tech Hokies (-2.5)

The Miami Hurricanes are still in the hunt to win the ACC with a 6-1 record, but they are slight underdogs this weekend. The 4-3 Virginia Tech Hokies have had an interesting season, but they are always tough to beat on their home field.

Miami quarterback D’Eriq King had five touchdown passes in Week 10 as the Hurricanes narrowly avoided an upset bid from North Carolina State. The Hurricanes can score some points on offense, but the defense must play better in this one.

Virginia Tech suffered a 38-35 loss to Liberty on Saturday, and the Hokies defense was a mess. Virginia Tech is one of the top rushing teams in the country, and it will look to run all over Miami.

If Virginia Tech can’t beat Liberty at home, it’s hard to see it knocking off Miami. Take the +2.5 points and the Hurricanes, but Miami wins this one straight up.

Indiana Hoosiers (-7.5) at Michigan State Spartans

Indiana has to be the biggest surprise team in the country this season as they are now ranked No. 10. The Hoosiers are favorites this weekend at Michigan State against a 1-2 Spartans team that is hard to figure out.

Indiana features a balanced offensive attack led by quarterback Michael Penix Jr. The Hoosiers blasted Michigan on Saturday, and they look like a real contender in the Big Ten East this season.

After upsetting Michigan in Week 9, the Spartans suffered a 49-7 loss to Iowa on Saturday. The defense is a major concern heading into this matchup, and it’s hard to see Michigan State figuring things out in time for Indiana.

The Hoosiers are on a roll, and they win their fourth straight game in blowout fashion over Michigan State.

Georgia Bulldogs (-12.5) at Missouri Tigers

The 4-2 Georgia Bulldogs take on the 2-3 Missouri Tigers on Saturday in an important SEC showdown. Georgia has now fallen out of the top 10, while Missouri is looking to earn a signature victory.

Georgia was supposed to have a dominant defense in 2020, but that unit gave up 44 points to Florida in Week 10. The Bulldogs also have a bit of a quarterback controversy brewing as that offense has struggled to find its rhythm.

Missouri is allowing 33 points per game, and the Tigers gave up 41 points to Florida their last time out. The Tigers do have some playmakers on the offensive side of the ball, but they don’t want to turn this into a shootout.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish (-12.5) at Boston College Eagles

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have the best win in the country this season, and they take their perfect record on the road to Boston College. The Eagles enter this game with a 5-3 record and plenty of momentum.

Notre Dame stunned Clemson with a 47-40 overtime victory on Saturday night, and the Fighting Irish are now the favorites in the ACC. Quarterback Ian Book and running back Kyren Williams power a relentless offensive attack for the Irish.

Boston College quarterback Phil Jurkovec has thrown for over 2,000 yards and 15 touchdowns this season, and he will challenge the Notre Dame defense. The Eagles gave up just 13 points in a Week 10 win over Syracuse, and they can keep this game close.

Notre Dame is clearly the better team, but look for a bit of a letdown from the Irish in this game. Notre Dame wins, but taking the +12.5 points is the right play in this one.

Ohio State Buckeyes (-26.5) at Maryland Terrapins

Ohio State is 3-0 and a huge favorite over 2-1 Maryland on Saturday in what could be an interesting game. The Buckeyes are a national title contender this season, while Maryland has been a major surprise.

Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields is averaging more than 300 passing yards per game, and the Buckeyes can run the ball as well. The defense has allowed 23 points per game, and the Buckeyes will be looking to fix that moving forward.

Maryland quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa has been putting on a show for the Terrapins of late, and he threw three first-half touchdowns in a huge upset over Penn State. The Terps will give up some points, but they don’t mind playing fast.

Ohio State is winning this game, but it will be tighter than the initial spread suggests. Take the +26.5 points and look for Maryland to keep it under 20 points.

Texas A&M Aggies (-13.5) at Tennessee Volunteers

Texas A&M is 5-1 and will be on the road at Tennessee on Saturday, facing the 2-4 Volunteers. The Aggies are now the fifth-ranked team in the country, but it’s never easy winning on the road in the SEC.

Texas A&M quarterback Kellen Mond has thrown 16 touchdown passes, and he has the Aggies averaging more than 33 points per game. The Aggies can’t afford a letdown as they try to catch Alabama.

Tennessee was supposed to have a bounce-back year in 2020, but the Volunteers have now lost four straight games. Offense has been a major problem for this team as they are averaging just 20 points per game.

Texas A&M just has too much offense, and it rolls to a blowout win over Tennessee in this game.

USC Trojans (-14.5) at Arizona Wildcats

The Pac-12 Conference kicked things off on Saturday, and it was almost a disastrous start for the USC Trojans. Arizona was not able to play last weekend due to COVID-19 after Utah had several positive cases.

The Trojans needed a pair of late touchdown passes from Kedon Slovis to overcome Arizona State on Saturday. Now that USC has a game under its belt, look for the offense to be much better in this game.

Arizona was not expected to be very competitive in the Pac-12 this season, and this is a tough test. The Wildcats will have to rely on their defense, but at some point, they will have to score some points.

Arizona will have some rust in this game, and that will allow USC to take control early. Bet on the USC Trojans -14.5 over Arizona in this matchup.

Auburn Tigers (-14.5) at Mississippi State Bulldogs

The 4-2 Auburn Tigers are on the road against the 2-4 Mississippi State Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon. Both teams were victorious on Saturday, and each team should have some momentum heading into Week 11.

Auburn has been a tough team to figure out, and quarterback Bo Nix has continued to struggle. The Tigers did score 48 points on Saturday against LSU to finally give their defense some help.

Mississippi State is scoring just 19.6 points per game while averaging only 21.5 rushing yards. The Bulldogs want to throw the ball, but that is not a good strategy against a great pass rushing team like Auburn.

This will be the second straight blowout win for Auburn as it easily covers the 14.5-point spread and rolls over the Bulldogs.

Arkansas Razorbacks at Florida Gators (-16.5)

The 3-3 Arkansas Razorbacks will take on the 4-1 Florida Gators in another SEC showdown on Saturday. Arkansas has been a surprise team so far this season, while Florida looks like a national title contender.

The Razorbacks are averaging almost 140 rushing yards per game, and that has allowed them to knock off some solid SEC teams. Defense could be an issue for Arkansas in this game as it is taking on a relentless Gators attack.

Florida just hung 44 points on a great Georgia defense on Saturday, and this offense looks almost impossible to stop. Quarterback Kyle Trask has thrown for 22 touchdowns, and he has emerged as a Heisman Trophy candidate.

This could feel like a trap game for Florida, but the Gators are too good. They easily cover the 16.5-point spread at home in “The Swamp.”

Alabama Crimson Tide (-24.5) at LSU Tigers

Alabama and LSU is one of the best rivalry games in college football, but this will not be one of the classic matchups. The Crimson Tide are a perfect 6-0 so far this season, but the LSU Tigers are just 2-3.

Alabama is scoring more than 47 points per game, and quarterback Mac Jones has thrown for almost 2,200 yards. The defense has been a bit questionable at times, but the LSU offense doesn’t provide much of a threat.

After giving up 48 points to Auburn on Saturday, the Tigers are now allowing more than 33 points per game. LSU lost almost its entire starting lineup to the NFL after last season’s national championship, and it has shown in 2020.

A 24.5-point spread is huge in a rivalry game, but this is a complete mismatch. Take the Crimson Tide over the LSU Tigers.

Oregon Ducks (-7.5) at Washington State Cougars

The Oregon Ducks go on the road to Washington State on Saturday night for a matchup with the Cougars. Both Oregon and Washington State won their season openers, and this could set up for a great game.

Oregon scored 35 points against Stanford in Week 10, and quarterback Tyler Shough threw for 221 yards. The Ducks once again look to have a dominant defense that can take over a game.

Washington State has traditionally been a pass-first offense, but the Cougars racked up 228 rushing yards against Oregon State on Saturday. Washington State will have to use the same formula to give its average defense a chance in this game.

Look for the Cougars to keep this game close, but in the end, it will be the Oregon Ducks that cover the 7.5-point spread.

Northwestern Wildcats (-1.5) at Purdue Boilermakers

The Northwestern Wildcats are back in the Top 25 after a 3-0 start, and they are slight favorites on Saturday night against Purdue. The Boilermakers are off to a 2-0 start this season, but their most recent matchup against Wisconsin was canceled due to COVID-19 concerns.

Northwestern has allowed just 36 total points this season, and that has powered it to a 3-0 start. The Wildcats are running for more than 205 yards per game, and they will look to keep this to a low-scoring affair.

Purdue wide receiver David Bell has 22 catches through the first two games, and the Boilermakers can get it done through the air. After upsetting Iowa in the season opener, the Boilermakers will look for a second Top 25 upset.

Northwestern might be 3-0, but it just doesn’t score enough to stay unbeaten. Look for Purdue to win this game outright to stay atop the Big Ten West division.
